Transition around the corner

It's almost the middle of May, in almost three weeks MC transition is going to start. At local level transition is also something every member must have in mind.

In AIESEC transition is the process through which every LC current member try to assure the transfer of: the strategic direction, understanding, knowledge, information, experience, attitudes, hints & tips.
It's the process we ensure CONTINUITY for the incomes years.

Also, if you are going to say good bye to AIESEC on the management at Local or National level, it will be the opportunity to leave your personal legacy for the next generation.

We know new generations of achievers are going to start to drive their own way in AIESEC, we know they have a lot of potential, a lot of creativity, a lot of passion, a lot of energy and a lot if learning to gave.

If you are an EB current we strongly invite to you to pass all the necessary knowledge for the newcomers to perform with high quality and contribute to the quality and quantity of AIESEC eXPeriences!!!

Planning Meeting, the mission is almost finish

It's almost 4:00 am, I just came from the last party of a conference of AIESEC in Spain, the Planning Meeting 2008. I cannot believe that one year just pass.

I'm really happy for each member of this wonderful country. I pretty sure that next year is going to be one of the most important years in Spain.

After a lot of challenges all the members of the MC elected got together at Coruña, to have their first contact with this amazing plenary and people.

We have a new member of the AiS network, Valencia!!!!!!!!! For the MC was really cool to become this office in part of our network. Congrats!

Also another important thing was the attitude of delegates, you can see the change of the members of the plenary and that is a signal of success.

AIESEC network get prepare to receive Spain and see the potential and the grow of this wonderful Country.

Beloved team!

How are you doing?

Did you already get back to normal life? How normal is your life after what you experienced? Isn´t it funny how as we come back to routine, in some moments, like when taking a break, when checking facebook, replying e-mails or just laying down in bed for (ciesta), we catch ourselves remembering the great moments we´ve spent? And for a few seconds we have the amazing opportunity to go back to the ILC… suddenly we realize the smile on our face and this great feeling fulfills us … This moments are unique, feel and enjoy them because we are the only ones that can feel them to the most, since we are the ones who created them!

These moments we remember now, are the ones we´ll remember forever, occasions we are going to comment, laugh, learn, share! And most of all, these are the moments that make our lives greater, that gives us stories to tell. Be sure that you will be in the memory and stories of more than 250 young achievers from 35 countries, more than 50 external guests, more than 20 organizations, hotel staff and most important, in the memory of AIESEC in Spain, remembered as the ones responsible for making a dream come true!

Our team experience was amazing! We were a very diverse group, therefore we had different expectations, points of views, and ways to face the challenges the learning was intense. I believe that our diversity is what made us renowned as an awesome OC, not only in what we delivered but in the image we transmitted! This is one of the details that made this a remarkable experience.

I would like to thank my beloved OC for the memories that I´ll carry for life, the lessons I´ll practice from now on, the friendship that keeps the expectations that we might get together again in the future. I would like to congratulate you to have the braveness to embark in this adventure, the courage to face the challenges, the awareness to analyze work of yours and of your group, the dignity to put stakeholders objectives before yours and most of all, having the maturity to comprehend that the satisfaction of our delegates is, beyond all other achievements, our main achievement.

So, a page has been turned in each of our lives. Don't forget that what has been written can´t be erased but can be redden a million times, and now it´s input for the rest of the story you are writing. I really hope that the pages the ILC filled in your life helped you to know better your abilities, competences, weakness, strengths, limits. I hope that this page has a great importance in your book, and that this story may have helped you on the next stories you will write! Most of all I hope that every single story has a happy ending!

So, let´s keep in touch! From your OCP, I leave my doors opened for you to knock! You can reach me at anytime for any reason, and I hope you do! Hope I can write your name, once again, in another page of my book some when, somewhere!

It is amazing how fast the time is passing, today is the dead line to apply for MCP in Spain for the term 2008-2009. It's incredible also, almost six months of this team have pased.

HEYYYYY AIESEC...

First I want to start saying I love Finance Power Team!!!

Last weekend we had in Madrid 8 wonderful people expended two complete days learning and practicing finance, that's the spirit ¡Finance spirit!... yeah yeah we have spirit

Thanks Bea (ZA), Carmen (CZ). Jose Carlos (SV), Pedro (MA), Zubi (GR), Angel (UCM), Dayana (VD) and Jose (BE & ENAF) for all your passion and commitment, for me is really important you can see the relevance of finances not just at local level but at national and personal level; I love when you can see things clearly and you can find the way to your development. Since national office in Madrid, I will keep working with Jose to provide you all the support we can.

Also this has been a learning week for me. Everything started with the external audit preparation. All the work sheets, bookeepping, invoices and of course the environment was really strange; but today after three crazy days the external audit finished and I want to share with you this words because for me is a pleasure to work and contribute to the AIESEC in Spain growth!!!

I'm sure If we (all those who are part of the organization) work continusly and hard by the end of the term the result wil be reached.

P.S. I want to share with you my secret to work under pression and to control the stress :P

After an amazing conference...

Last weekend we had in Madrid the "Newies Conference", first time this conference is National.

We had a lot of challenges, but in the end everything was just awesome!. Thank you all delegates that put all your effort to keep all the knowledge that you can, even if sometimes something looks wired or not that interesting.

Facis, thanks to put all you energy and passion every day of the conference, without you this conference would not have been the same.

MC, my lovely guys. Another conference past to fast!!! Thanks for everything, I love u all.

Lotfi, thanks to share with us your magic; you are a wonderful person.

Flavia, thanks for all your support not just in this conference. All your support is really important for AIESEC in Spain.

Bye bye Barcelona

What a crazy time... after two weeks in Barcelona I'm back in Madrid and already missing the LC-feeling I had the opportunity to live with UB, Pompeu Fabra, IQS and Bellaterra. But I have to go back a bit and tell you about what happened after I finished the coaching with UB.

First of all, thanks a lot to the other three LCPs (Cris - Bellaterra, Ali - Pompeu Fabra and Pepe - IQS) for their hard work, their cooperation and openness, and especially for making me feel so confortable and welcome in Barcelona!

So what happened after I left the "Universitat de Barcelona"? First of all I spent a weekend at Alicia's place and with the newies of Pompeu Fabra because they had their assessment day. Congratulations for organizing and facilitating such a thorough and complete assessment center for the potential members, we saw some amazing talent there!

At the same time, Pepe was doing a great job at IQS - imagine working without an office, having to convince the dean and the professors that they should support your work and getting a bunch of extremely ambitious people to be excited about what AIESEC can offer them. It was a challenge and it still is, but the energy and conviction Pepe puts into IQS was really inspiring.

And last but not least, living the Bellaterra-Feeling! :-) Reviewing their planning, giving information on feedback principles, discussing the kind of culture they would like to see in the LC and being able to use their spacious office as a working space. I also had the luck to spend time with each and every one of them personally, really incredible individuals and I can say that I learnt something from each of them. Thanks a lot as well to Cris and her family who took care of me like a real family, curing my cough and bearing with my constant coming and going, thanks a lot!

As you can see on the pictures, some of the LCs in Barcelona had support from a very famous Alumni, Dey, who's currently living in Barcelona shared his AIESEC story with the Newies and definitely left an impression on them, judging by how many mentioned his experiences later on.

And that's how two weeks working with four committees come to an end, thanks a lot to all the AIESECers in Barcelona and I'm looking forward to seeing you soon again,

My last but not least LC visit

Finally Granada, beautifull city, great people, and an amazing committee.
After 1 hour by car from Malaga, (thanks Palomeke) I arrived to Granada, after being lost like 30 minutes (GPS not working) we saw the faculty and the committee, and a group of amazing individuals were waiting for me.

I really get surprised with the passion, commitment and the environment these girls are living.
We set the goals of the LC visit and we worked very hard to fulfill them. Take a look to all this girls working.

The pink (or green, Tami understand me) committee didn't disappoint me.
We work but we get fun too, thanks for planned this visit to Granada, it was simply amazing.

I also got some unforgettable memories, I really want to say thanks to all this people, thanks Ceci, Kenza, Zoubi, Tami, Anna for make me fell part of you.

After two weeks, the LC visits finished but I'd got a lot of memories and I'll never forget any of these cities and any of this people.

¡¡¡¡THANKS TO ALL OF YOU!!!

Continuing LC visits

After my first LC visit I arrive to Malaga with a lot of expectations and all of them were fulfilled since the first time when I saw this in the LC office.

Palomeque, Espe, Mayu and Valero did a really good job during these weeks and the results came.
Take a look to the candidates. Here is the future of AIESEC Malaga, maybe future EB's, LCP's or maybe MC who knows.

Now, induction and selection are planned and the Turism PBoX is being created, I feel this is going to be a good year for AIESEC Malaga.

Thanks to Mayu, Espe, Valero and Palomeque and specially to his mother that treated me like a son. They made me feel like in my own home, Malaga's hospitality was simply amazing. I'll never forget all those moments with all of you and of course I'll never forget the Pimpi and that delicious wine (Moscatel) I bougth a couple of bottles :)

Thanks guys I'll never forget you.

Now Granada, Pink Committee AEEE!!!! (under my umbrella, ella, ella). Amazing time, amazing people, amazing place.

Hello Barcelona!

Right after Luis I was the second one leaving for LC visits, in my case to BARCELONA!!! So I've been here for a bit more than a week now and have already had the opportunity to visit all LC offices (or working spaces :-)) at least once.
I started at "Universitat Barcelona", working with Albert, Esteve and Dana to build their induction activities and introducing the national PBoX to them. At the same time I also assisted at their information sessions and it was good to see that their small LC managed to get almost 20 people to attend them. A special cheer goes to Dana from Romania (LC Craiova) who's studying this year at UB and who's supporting the LC in Talent Management.

Soon more updates on the other LCs in Barcelona :-)

Last weeked in Madrid

Hello everybody, As you know, half of the MC members are now in LC visits; the office looks and sounds wire just with 4 people. Last weekend we had wonderful visits at office and home.
Valencia’s observer group came to Madrid to receive an express training about AIESEC, thanks Guillermo, Alejandro, Lorena and Belen for your responsibility, commitment and pro-activity to increase our network.
Talent Management had had a small training required by Gloria (EA), Sara (ZA) & Romi (UCM) to acquired more learning of Talent Management processes, thank you girls for your work and commitment.
In Finance I received the visit of Bea and Joaquín from Zaragoza to have an express training about finance in AIESEC. Thanks guys for your commitment.
And last but not least, Angel (EA), Vera (BE) & Kenza (GR) were here to have and amazing ER weekend running by our charming Angelito.
Thanks guys and we will be waiting for you, member of AIESEC in Spain who wants come to Madrid visits your lovely MC.

LC Visits

Hello everybody

My first LC visit is already done, I arrived nervous, excited and with a lot of energy, and now after it, I have more energy and excitement than before.
Cádiz was my first stop and this amazing city (Sea, Sun and an amazing environment) and people made me feel like in my own house, after a lot of work, meetings and some party and cinema (Orfanato, just watch it, incredible movie)

I feel and know that this people can do great things for their LC. Recruitment, induction and selection are on fire this nexts weeks.

I'm very thankfull to Carmen, Leti and her family to make feel like in my own house. Thanks also to Aroa and Patri for these days.

Hi everyone!!!

i'm writting these lines from the ISB university in Vilnius, Lithuania, where the premeeting of EUROCO is taking place!

Intense and incredible days we are spending here! although the weather has nothing to do with Cordoba's one, it doesn't mind so much, since we spend all day long inside the university working hard, and enjoying the creatin of these fantastic conference!

We are all so excited!

And you can imagine how i feel. coming here right after the incredible IM, full of energy, passion and motivation! it's a pity there'll be no Spanish delegates, but don't worry, i'll keep spanish level really high at this conference!

The start of a new era for AiS

Is a pleasure to me write this post. Yesterday we ended our biggest national conference in Spain, Input Meeting 2007, also we started, LC's and MC, building the bases of work to have by the end of this term all the results that we want to reach.

The environment, participation, David our wonderful chair, all delegates, the facis team and of course the OC, made this conference just amazing. One of the most important messages, all the network will hear about AIESEC in Spain, so be prepare for that.

Input Meeting has started!

Yep, we've finally started what we've been working so hard during the last few weeks. Today was the Opening Plenary, a session on the history of AIESEC in Spain and one on showing stories of current success stories in the AIESEC network. We've just had a meeting amongst the MC and our Chair and have all agreed that it's a real pleasure seeing the motivation that the delegates have and how they enjoy seeing each other again.
Our Chair is David from Portugal, last years MCP there. He's already made friends with the Spanish guys by singing a very explicit song as roll call together with Luis. At least it was in Portuguese so the "guiris" amongst us didn't understand that much :-)
Right now we're still continuing the discussion on changes in compendium and internal policies together with the LCPs. It's good to see them all interested and working at this time of the night, go guys and girls!!!

Here I go, the first contribution...

As I saw in a friend's nickname: "It's been a hard day's night and I've been working like dog..."

Yes, all this week and the last one have been totally crazy for me, but please don't think in the "work", I would love to thank from the bottom of my heart to Lina (CEEDer in Pompeu Fabra) for your kindness and disposition to do a wonderfull job for AiS; to Pepe (CEEDer in IQS) for all your courage and always great attitude to face challenges and challenge yourself as well; to my amaizing national support team: Carles and Magda for believe in me, in the people around you, in the AiS potential and for showing me an inspiring example of a teamwork.

Here we go AIESEC in Spain.

The day before departing to Córdoba

Friday... for someones is the last day of their working week... for us, this friday was simply AMAZING:

Angel & Luis arrived quite early to finish the office cleaning. The rest of the team started on Thursday, and Juan got crazy packaging and sending all the recruitment materials to our LCs.

Why cleaning the office? Because we had an incredible Learning Circle about Code of Ethics with EBBF & IBM.
For 3 hours, we were working about ethics, and learning about actions/organizations quite interesting discover differences between organizational goals-ethics & individual goals:
An ethics high-way with lots of unethical exits/short-cuts.

But the morning didn't finished there...
Minutes after leaving our Learning Circle guests, Ivica (spanish & croatian MC alumni) came to visit us, because he was on holidays. Imagine that a 6 terms ago MC member appears one day in your office... incredible!

What was happening in the MC office today?

Ale (MCVP Finance) and José (VPF Bellaterra and National Finance and Audit Team, ENAF) were doing the planning for the ENAF. They were defining a vision for this years ENAF, doing a SWOT analysis (did you know that a SWOT in Spanish is a DAFO? ;-) sorry for the random comment of la extranjera =)) , revised roles and responsibilities of the team and designed the strategies that they will be implemented in the Finance area of AIESEC in Spain and that will be implemented in the LCs.

Mayte (MCVP Talent Management) was busy preparing Lina from LC Uppsala (Sweden). Lina is currently doing an Exchange Semester in Barcelona and will be doing a CEED in LC Pompeu Fabra during that time. To make sure she knows enough about AIESEC in Spain and about how we plan and run the recruitment and induction she had a full day of education.

Also in the office were Luis and Sarah. Sarah was working on the sessions for the Input Meeting and as well giving Lina an introduction to the Iberoamerica GN and the Ser Mas program. Luis was catching up on emails and making sure that more and more interns will come to Spain.

Talking about interns, two of them arrived this week, Sophie from France and Raul from Germany. They will both work at PwC. Irina from UCM has been providing a great reception for them, helping to pick them up at the airport, preparing a welcome package and helping them to look for a flat in Madrid. Javi (also from UCM) is opening his home for them so they have a place to stay until they find something. Our third new intern Olga (that you know quite well :-)) has already started her internship at PwC, Sophie and Raul will join her soon.

Last but not least, HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY MEXICO! We will celebrate tonight, no matter what :-)

New member of the Board of Advisors!

Yesterday Toni and Sarah had an amazing meeting with Daniel Truran, the Secretary General of EBBF who's based in Madrid. And he accepted to be in our Board of Advisors!!! (imagine Toni jumping up and down because he's so happy :-))

On their website you can for example find Knowledge Centres with Resources on issues such as Corporate Responsibility or Social Entrepreneurship so make sure you check it out!
Our discussion covered topics such as how he can help us with our activities this year, a Learning Circle on the Code of Ethics, new workshops EBBF is developing and facebook :-) Hopefully you'll be able to meet him personally, it's amazing to get input on our ideas from an external point of view and see that there are people out there who have extremely similar values as AIESEC does.

Update: of course we've gotta sign a contract still, but it's been agreed on a by handshake and you've gotta appreciate if things move for once :-)

First week after IC

Today was the first real relaxing day after an amazing conference in Turkey.
IC represented for me an amazing opportunity to live the globality of AIESEC, with more than 600 delegates from more than 100 countries... that was just awesome! Sharing the same vision with all the people there was something that confirmed me that I'm doing the right things, living far from my country, family and friends.
AIESEC in Spain has really brilliant people, they just need to believe and they will do together amazing things. I'm proud to be part of this team and work to create growth in Spain.

AMAZING IC!

Hey everyone!!!

Incredible experience the one we lived in Turkey... you need to live it at least once in your life!

As you can see in Sarah's photo, we love dressing up like Torero's and Sevillana's during Global Village, and we look soooo fancy! here it comes a recomendation: if you want to feel like a famous person, just dress up like this and go to a Global Village. People will take a hundred thousand photos of you :)

Being a bit more serious, what i really loved from IC was the intensity. Being part of the finance subcomitee (you meet outside agenda time to discuss topics, give inputs to the global plenary, read all the financial information of AI and make explanations to all the MCPs), Chair of SSGN (now called Iberoamerica GN, you'll have more info about that during IM) and even more being selected faci for EUROCO (AEEEE!!!!!) made my agenda look crazy every day. So after finishing sessions at 10pm we all were feeling completely exhausted, but all the Spanish delegation gathered to do the daily Delegation Meeting and explain each other how was the day, how we felt, give feedback about facis, sessions, partners launches... and you know how i felt when i saw all the spanish delegates eyes shining, completely nervous to go back and have more chats with other countries, completely excited about the day that had just finished and about the next day coming... in that precise moment all my tireness just disapeared, and a warm and comfortable feeling of happyness came all through my body, making me smile like a child.

apologies for not giving you updates on this space during the last two weeks, but IC was quite a hectic time for all of us as we used it all for meetings with other countries, with our international teams that we are a part of and for getting the biggest amount of knowledge and information out of it. Your MC Team is now back in the office, still curing some colds, but otherwise refreshed and extremely motivated after the exciting time we had at IC. All of us were able to get some new ideas and inputs for our functions as well as useful contacts that will help us to reach our goals this year.
Yesterday and today we've been working on our next conference, Input Meeting, to make sure you all have the necessary tools for the start of the semester to achieve what you planned for. We're also discussing our LC Development strategy to make sure AIESEC in Spain reaches its potential because we don't only want to see potential but results this year.

AIESEC International Transition Weekend

Hey everyone,
the MC is back in the office, busy with national support team applications, matching of the interns that are starting to work for PwC in September, preparing materials for your PBoXes, closing the bookkeeping of last year and working on our next conference (Input, 26-30 September in Cordoba!!!!!) and the CEED program, in short making sure we'll achieve the ambitious goals that we set for ourselves.
But what happened in Rotterdam you ask? As you know it was the weekend to celebrate the work of the team from 06-07 and to welcome team 07-08. We've had a good share of partying of course but we've also had transition by AIESEC International, concerning their priorities for the term 07-08 and the new Information System for example. For us it was extremely interesting to get some first-hand information from them as well as to network with the other countries that were present. We've also had some sessions with the people from the SSGN board, talking about AXLDS (which has a new name!!!! ;-))), Ser Más and how we can participate in these GN initiatives. All of us met with our VPs on AIESEC International to ask some questions we had or get some feedback, for example on our recruitment posters.

There's just not enough time right now to tell you about our first conference for AIESEC in Spain because our beloved delegates are enjoying themselves in a bar right now and we just want to go there and join them!!!
Just some info on the pictures, first one: the responsible for (include "the guy who's part of the economics agency of the community of Madrid that supports entrepreneurs "MadridEmprende" whose title I can't remember" here, sorry :-))) talked to us about how important it is that young people develop the entrepreneurial characteristics. They let us have sessions in their rooms, which we're extremely thankful for! The rest of the pictures include roll calls, parts of the OC and parts of the sessions we had during today and yesterday. Tomorrow we're having closing the conference at 2pm, and we'll for sure put our impressions of our first conference down here, don't worry :-)

Planning Week!!!

crazy crazy crazyness! all the plans we created last week are now starting to be executed, the office is humming with activity, phone calls, meetings, chats, and we're all excited to have our first conference next week. Here are some pictures from our Planning that we did in Toni's parents' house. They were great hosts, letting us use all the fresh vegetables from their garden so that the girls in the team could live out their passion for cooking, and so that we had the necessary energy for all the work. The guys also cooked, but their diet is more proteine-based as you can see from the barbecue picture :-)
We're looking forward to present our team vision next week and to welcome all the delegates that will join us in Madrid!!!

The Day has finally come, when the new team is in charge and the old team is enjoying their well-deserved holidays. Thanks Nava, Gina and Olga for giving us all the transition we needed to do a great job this year and as well the inofficial transition of enjoying life on the MC in Spain :-)
They will still be around next week at the conference here in Madrid (that we are working on right now, so expect the final agenda and a cool name soon!) so you can say bye to them.

As for the MC Team 07-08 we've just come back from planning in Blanes (near Barcelona) and are extremely eager to put into place all the cool strategies we've come up with for this year. Pictures and more from planning are up on this blog soon so watch this space!

Transition Updates & more!!

hey all!!

We are officially in the last week of transition!!

but what happened all these days:

Despite all the arrivals & depatures & then again arrivals finally we are ALL in Madrid!

We finished since the first week the team transition and 2nd,3rd & 4th week are the individual transitions!!everyone is very excited, motivated and HAPPY!yeah!!we are so happy!!a huge family of 10, living and working together!!!

From a current's perspective, we wouldnt like to leave!!it would be soo cool to be alltogether!!hehe!!

We had also our MC transition party!!!since 19:00 we were cooking on the roof making all neighbors jealous!!haha!!but also we drunk a lot (hhmmm!!) and danced also!!soon photos from the party will be uploaded ;-))

Yeah! That's true!!!

But it's time to keep them in your memory... (never forget them!!)

because....

the NEW MC TEAM of AIESEC in SPAIN started arriving in Madrid since yesterday morning!!!

Ale (MCVP Fe) came yesterday morning from Mexico!!!

And Angelito (MCVP ERe) came later on!!! Today we expect Juan (MCVP Communication & ISe) to arrive and tommorow Luis (MCVP Xe) from Portugal!!

By mid June all of them will be here!!

Transition agenda is ready and we are anticipating soooo much having this month ALL together!!!

I was talking with Gina these days, analysing how do we feel!we remembered our first day in Madrid and our extraordinary nights & days with Tonicito in our "super room", the living room!!haha!

I guess, we can understand them better than anyone right now and we are READY to transmit them ALL that we can!;-)

For us, i guess, is a moment to start packing, changing rooms, put in boxes clothes, etc but most importantly, ALL our memories, good or bad, because at the end of the day, these are what brought us together!!

And seriously....

Just SMILE & WAVE!!!Because at the end, the truth is that, we enjoyed our term till the limits!!

It's time for us to let ALL these amazing and motivated people,BLOW AiS, as Toni says, and being totaly PROUD of them!

Back from Rotterdam

Hey everyone!

Last week was just amazing!

I was invited by AI to assist to the Global Brand Meeting, hosted in Rotterdam from wednesday until saturday, so an amazing group of individuals coming from all regions in the world spent some days defining some new principles for the AIESEC Brand!!

Just stay tuned and come to IC if you wanna know what whas discussed there, which where the changes made, and how productive was it!!!

Personally, it was an incredible experience to get to know the AI Office. The environment is just amazing! more than 20 amazing individuals working together, living more or less together, and enjoying Team Dinners every night! (there are 4 Cooking Teams, each one cooking one night! so it's like living a Global Village every night!) . And the energy i took from that environment i just amazing! I'M SO EXCITED! I JUST CAN'T HIDE IT!

And finally this week almost all the New Team arrives!!! YEY!!!!! Transition starts really soon, finishing all past responsibilities, and getting ready to share the rooms! (we are gonna buy 'literas' so as to be able to sleep 2 ppl per room, rather not we are not gonna fit into the flat!)

We'll keep all of you updated!

Hi there,

yes, i´m going to lose my virginity writing down for the very first time in a post. And i feel very honoured to tell you that this friday, it is the beginning of the craziest, and most beautiful party ever; yes, the FERIA de CORDOBA. Tomorrow it is the kick off and it will last until the next 27th of May. Tomorrow I will be so lucky because I will be heading to my beautiful hometown where I´m gonna spend the weekend with my family, friends, girlfriend and other relatives.

So, if you wanna feel really jealous about what a real party is, just wait until the next post where I will upload some pics!!!!

So have a good weekend and see you on board next monday in Madrid again!!!yes, i´m not gonna stay for the entire Feria. I´d love it, but responsibilties are responsibilities.

Hola a todo el mundo!!!!!!!

Hoy, gracias a mi queridíssimo @.net habréis recibido un curioso y divertido SPAM sobre la visión de AiS para 2010! YEY!!!!!!!!

Aquí en el MC estamos más que contentos con el hecho de poder motivarnos y guiarnos por esa visión!!! Y aquí os muestro cómo la hemos colgado en la ofi al lado de la del MC 2006-07! (por si no se vé, pinchad en el link) pronto espero poder haceros una sorpresita al respecto ;)

Que emocionante el momento!!!!!!!! Sé que soy un pesado, pero es que me gustó mucho el momento!!! (Me podéis ver en el video saltando por atrás en las sillas ;)

Como primer post ever in my life en un blog no está mal, ya veo que voy a ser más visual que ninguna otra cosa...

Y ya más a nivel de trabajo en la ofi después de pasar unos increibles días de Team Building en Blanes con el nuevo equipito (solamente de GTKEO (Get To Know Each Other) estuvimos 7 horitas!) terminando con éste periodo, cerrando compromisos con empresas, preparando transición para los LCs y para el MC, acogiendo a los trainees de Madrid y, sí!, ordenando la oficina, que ya le toca! así que ocupaditos pero contentos!

Eso es todo de momento!

Catalonia LC visits part 2!

Hola otra vez!

Today i am finally back in Madrid enjoying as well the weather and also my time with my team mates that i have missed them a lot!!! ;-))

As i already mentioned, yesterday i did my LC visits to IQS & UB! We went together with Cris, Ester & Vera (all EB de Bellaterra) to have a meeting with Elena & David from IQS!It was really nice as we planned a bit want we will be doing till September, till a Ceeder arrives there!

And then UB!!That visit was sooo powerfull!! As soon as I entered to the office i could feel the excitement of these people! Interesting facts for UB:

7 members
4 of them already IXP certified
already preparing the SRB
elections of the NEW EB!

In UB we have 100% retention!!!

Miriam, Marta and Mateusz are going on Exchange!!!

and of course i am proud to announce the New EB:

and thanks for having me there in such an important moment for AIESEC UB!

Catalonia LC Visits!

Hola!!
I am so excited that we have an MC blog!!Even if it is too late... hehe!
I was suprised when Gina send me the link to join!
I just wanted to share that i am currently in Barcelona doing LC visits to our 4 LCs that are Bellaterra, Pompeu Fabra, IQS & Universitat de Barcelona!
Just before i was in Sweden in order to participate in the WENA X meeting that without any doubt was AMAZING!!i will soon let you now about the outputs ( docs & photos as well:-) )
Till now i have been to Pompeu Fabra and to gether with the LCP Mireia we have seen all the transition period and the importance of long term planning!!Also since the weather here is amazing i had my chance to get a bit tanned ;-)

Right now i am in Bellaterra ready to start the visit!! The EB current is also the elect one so it is really exciting to see the energy and the motivation of these people!!
Later on i will go in IQS!!
